Capitol Hill Virtual Briefing: U.S. Patent System’s Role in Promoting American Innovation and Job Creation in the Time of Coronavirus

The Innovation Alliance hosted a Capitol Hill virtual briefing on the U.S. patent system’s role in promoting American innovation and job creation in the time of coronavirus. Topics included the STRONGER Patents Act, PTAB, the Bayh–Dole Act, recent Supreme Court patent decisions and the importance of patents in protecting U.S. economic and national security.
