The Innovation Alliance, AUTM, the Licensing Executives Society, the Global Innovation Policy Center and IP Watchdog co-hosted a webinar series on the growing economic impact of patent licensing. The second session included a panel discussion on how and why licensing is such a large contributor to the U.S. economy, including the economic multiplier effect of patent licensing, the value chain, and the virtuous cycle of patents in 5G technology, semiconductors, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and other fields.
