As early as spring, President Obama may sign some version of a bill addressing patent litigation – at least according to legal observers watching the situation closely.
What it will look like is an open question and it’s dividing the technology industry and other companies.
If this sounds like deja vu all over again, you wouldn’t be wrong: the president signed the last piece of patent legislation — the America Invents Act — just a little over two years ago.
