Innovation Alliance Comments to USPTO on Patent Eligibility Jurisprudence
The Innovation Alliance believes strongly that current Section 101 jurisprudence, which is resulting in patent ineligibility for large swaths of innovation, particularly in critical technology areas, including artificial intelligence, poses significant risks to U.S. competitiveness, economic growth, and national security.
