Innovation Alliance Comments in Response to USPTO’s Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on PTAB
On June 20, 2023 the Innovation Alliance submitted a response to the USPTO’s Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding changes under consideration to discretionary institution practices, petition word-count limits, and settlement practices for America Invents Act trial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
