Coalition Letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Leaders in Opposition to Pride in Patent Ownership Bill
The Alliance for U.S. Startups & Inventors for Jobs (USIJ), the Association of American Universities (AAU), the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the Innovation Alliance, and the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA) sent a joint letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Richard Durbin (D-IL) and Ranking Member Charles Grassley (R-IA) expressing opposition to the Pride in Patent Ownership Act (S. 2774).
